We work closely with the Oregon Hazelnut Commission, Oregon State Food Technology, and the Oregon Department of Agriculture. If we don’t have the answer, we know where to get it!
To ensure the nuts stay fresh as long as possible, please store them in your refrigerators. Hazelnuts do not like heat or humidity and both can be controlled for by keeping hazelnuts cold as well as keeping them sealed tight and double-bagged.
Our hazelnuts can also be frozen. They will stay fresh for over a year in the freezer as long as they are double-bagged and tightly sealed.
