Freddy Guys Hazelnuts

Freddy Guys is a family-run hazelnut orchard in Oregon's mid-Willamette Valley. We are a direct-to-consumer farm specializing in fresh hazelnuts and hazelnut products. We are owned and operated by Barb and Fritz Foulke and assisted by the whole family throughout the year. Everyone pitches in at harvest!

We follow the earth friendly growing guidelines published annually by Oregon State University for hazelnut production. We are able to provide to our customers the freshest hazelnuts in both raw and roasted form because we handle every aspect of growing and processing. We are truly farm direct.

We sell our products online and through the many Farmers Markets here in Oregon, rain or shine. Our hazelnuts sell themselves because they are a natural fit for people who want good nutrition for themselves and their families. Hazelnuts are rich in monounsaturated fats, fiber, folic acid and antioxidants which is why the FDA calls them “heart healthy.” They're a versatile ingredient for your culinary adventures.
